She worked for a time at Franois Chidaine in Montlouis, where she fell in love with Chenin Blanc. In 2011, she founded her own 3. 5 hectare domaine in Azay le Rideau. The 2019 Grolleau macerates for 10 days, one day settling, then pressed and racked into old concrete tanks from Beaujolais.
